Euro Minibus Hire arranges coaches, minibuses, vans and chauffeur cars in 20 European cities. Licensed partner operators supply the vehicles and drivers. We do the matching, the paperwork and the follow-up.
Who does what on your trip
We take your brief, find a partner operator that has the right vehicle free on your dates, and send you their quote. We hold the booking record and pass changes between you and the operator.
The operator owns the vehicle, employs the driver, holds the licence and the insurance, and runs the trip. The driver is theirs, not ours. If a rule on the road decides something, such as a rest break or a stop that is too short, the driver's call stands.
How we choose an operator for a job
The vehicle has to suit the city as well as the group. A 57-seat coach is wasted on a historic centre it cannot enter. We look at where you need to be set down, whether a low-emission zone applies, and whether the day needs a permit such as Rome's ZTL BUS or Barcelona's Zona Bus. Then we ask the operator to confirm the vehicle meets those rules before we send the quote.
A trip that crosses a border needs two things from the operator: a journey form kept on board, and a Community licence. That is part of the brief we send them.
Where the city information comes from
The coach rules, airport pickup points and event dates on this site come from official sources: EU law, tourism boards, the companies that run the airports and ports, and city transport authorities. Distances and drive times are approximate road figures. Where we could not confirm something, we left it out.
What you will not find here
No price lists. Coach hire prices move with the date, hours, distance, vehicle, permits, parking and tolls, so a figure without your details would mislead you. No star ratings or borrowed testimonials either. The quote is the only number that counts.
