Aena publishes a meeting point in each terminal. At T1 you find it on Floor 1 of the arrivals hall. At T2 it sits on Floor 0, in the arrivals hall of T2B. Put the right one in your passenger instructions. A group that lands at T1 and searches Floor 0 will miss the host.

The docks where group coaches load

Coaches do not load at the meeting points. At T1, group coaches use Floor 0 Arrivals, which is a level beneath the meeting point. At T2 they use docks 1 to 10 and 41 to 51 at T2A, or docks 21 to 33 at T2C. Ask the operator which dock the coach will take, and print the number on the passenger sheet.

Keep passengers away from the Aerobús stops. The A1 serves T1 and the A2 serves T2B and T2C. Those are scheduled buses, not your coach.

Zona Bus: the daily permit for coaches and minibuses

The city is about 15 km away, usually 25 to 45 minutes. Since 26 January 2026, Zona Bus 4.0 has been in operation. Under it, a vehicle with 9 seats or more, the driver's seat counted, cannot work without a daily Zona Bus permit. That catches a minibus as well as a coach.

Coach stops have to be reserved ahead at La Pedrera, Sant Pau, MNAC, Park Güell and Sagrada Família. The driver checks in and out of each stop on the SPRO app, and no Zona Bus stop may run past 10 minutes. Have your group ready at the kerb, because ten minutes goes fast with a full coach.

Emissions, trade fairs and cruise days

The ZBE Rondes low-emission rule applies on weekdays, 07:00 to 20:00, and admits only coaches built to Euro 4 or a later standard. Confirm the vehicle's standard with the operator. For MWC and other fairs, the venue is Fira Barcelona Gran Via, which lies outside the city in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Ship-day transfers can run straight to the cruise port, roughly 15 km from the airport.

Where should my group meet the driver at Barcelona airport?

At T1, in the Floor 1 arrivals hall. At T2, the hall to use is T2B arrivals, Floor 0. The operator confirms which applies to your flight.

Do minibuses need a Zona Bus permit too?

Yes, once it reaches 9 seats, with the driver's seat counted. The permit is daily, so each day the vehicle works in the zone needs cover.

Can the coach wait outside Sagrada Família?

No. The stop must be booked in advance and lasts up to 10 minutes. The coach sets down, leaves and returns for the booked pick-up.
