Airport coach and minibus transfers

Every airport puts coaches somewhere different. Each airport page tells you where your group walks to meet the vehicle.

The coach is rarely at the arrivals door

At Berlin, the pick-up zones at the terminals are limited to vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes, so coaches go to Bus Stop B. At Schiphol they load at Koepelstraat, about 5 minutes' walk from the Plaza. At Fiumicino they use T3 stands 20 to 26. Tell your group before they land.

What the rules require

EU driving limit: 9 h a day, extendable to 10 h twice a week
Passengers must wear seat belts where fitted, including in coaches and minibuses

Car, van, minibus or coach

One or two executives go in a chauffeur car. A family or small team fits an 8-seat van. Larger groups need a minibus or coach and the bus-station stops that come with it.

An early landing starts the driver's clock

The driving day begins with the airport run. EU rules allow 9 hours at the wheel, and a 45-minute pause is due once 4.5 hours have been driven. If the group lands at 06:00 and wants a full tour straight after, say so when you book.

What happens if the flight lands late?

Tell us the new time. Extra waiting may be charged under the quote terms.

Can the driver meet us inside the terminal?

Usually yes for cars and vans. Coach drivers often stay with the vehicle.

Do I need to know the terminal?

Yes. Send it with the flight details so the vehicle goes to the right stop.
