Where the coach waits: Parking Pro at each terminal
Booked coach and chauffeur operators at CDG do not wait at the kerb. They use Parking Pro, set aside for pre-booked passenger transport. There is one at T1, one for 2ABCD, one for 2EF, one at 2G and one at T3. The driver waits there and greets your group from it.
Give the operator the exact terminal, not just "Terminal 2". Halls 2A and 2G are served by different Parking Pro areas. If the airline moves your flight to another hall, pass that on as soon as you hear it.

Gathering a split group with the CDGVAL train
Groups often land on two flights in two terminals. T1, T2 and T3/Roissypôle are joined by the CDGVAL shuttle train, so passengers can gather at one terminal before they board. That is usually quicker than sending the coach to two places. Choose one gathering point and give it to everyone before they fly.
Terminal 2 also has the RER B and TGV station. Anyone arriving by train can join the coach at Terminal 2 as well.
The PASS Autocar and the ZFE after you leave CDG
The road into Paris is about 30 km and takes 45 to 75 minutes. The rules start at the city.
In Paris, a parked coach pays at every hour of the day, and it needs a PASS Autocar. The PASS comes in two zones: central, meaning the 1st to 11th arrondissements plus Étoile, and peripheral, the 12th to 20th. Central Paris has kept tourist coaches out since 2024. Drop-offs now happen in the areas around hotels and venues, or at the 56 coach bays on the street. The ZFE adds an emissions rule. Since 2025, from 08:00 until 20:00 seven days a week, coaches rated Crit'Air 3, 4 or 5, or with no classification, may not run inside the A86. Ask the operator which Crit'Air class the vehicle has, and who arranges the PASS.
Sizing the vehicle for a CDG arrival
Count bags as well as people. Long-haul arrivals tend to bring a large case each, which a full coach's underfloor bays swallow more easily than a minibus. For a trade fair at Paris Nord Villepinte, one RER stop from CDG, the run is short and a smaller vehicle may do. The same goes for groups staying at the Roissy-CDG airport hotels.
