Dates to plan around

From 13 November to 26 December 2026, Vienna's Rathausplatz hosts its Christmas market. In Venice, Carnival lasts from 23 January until 9 February 2027. The dates for MWC Barcelona are 1 to 4 March 2027. Munich's Oktoberfest follows, from 18 September until 3 October 2027.

Parking gets harder, not easier

There is no parking at Theresienwiese during Oktoberfest. Through Carnival, the ZTL BUS rules in Venice stay in force. Plan the set-down first and the timetable second.

Three Christmas markets, three sets of dates

In Prague, the Old Town Square market opens on 28 November 2026 and closes on 6 January 2027. Munich's Marienplatz Christkindlmarkt: 20 November until 24 December 2026. Vienna publishes its Advent coach plan for pre-Christmas Saturdays each late October. Wait for it before you fix a Saturday.

As soon as dates are firm. The nearest coach park is usually full.

Is MWC Barcelona inside the city?

No. Its venue, Fira Gran Via, stands in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

Can one coach cover a delegate shuttle all week?

Yes, planned around the driver's weekly limits.

Can a coach reach Venice during Carnival?

Only with an AVM ZTL BUS pass. Tronchetto allows 1 hour; the People Mover runs on to Piazzale Roma.
