The green sticker for Berlin's Umweltzone
Inside the S-Bahn ring lies the Umweltzone, about 88 km² in area. A coach needs a green environmental sticker to enter. Foreign-registered coaches are not exempt. If a coach is coming from another country for your tour, ask for the sticker to be confirmed on the quote.
Signed coach parking by the sights
Berlin has signed coach parking at the Hauptbahnhof, Zoo station, the Brandenburg Gate, the Olympiastadion and Charlottenburg Palace. That puts the coach close to most of a first-day route.
The Reichstag dome needs advance registration. Fix your slot first, then set the coach times around it. The Brandenburg Gate parking is the natural stop for it.
For a match or concert at the Olympiastadion, the signed parking there saves a long walk back after the final whistle. The East Side Gallery and the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Strasse make a good Wall-themed morning.

ZOB and the Messe
ZOB, the Central Coach Station, sits opposite Messe Berlin and CityCube. For a trade fair it is a handy place to meet the coach. For a conference shuttle, the operator plans loops between hotel and Messe.
BER: use Bus Stop B, not the terminal kerb
Pick-up zones at the BER terminals take vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. A coach or large minibus uses Bus Stop B, across from Terminal 1. The walk from T1 is about 400 m (3 minutes); from T2 it is about 600 m (7 minutes). Terminal 2 arrivals have the longer walk, so allow a few extra minutes with bags. Tell your group before they land. The drive into Berlin is about 27 km, 40 to 60 minutes.
Potsdam, Sachsenhausen and Dresden
Potsdam and Sachsenhausen are each about an hour or less. The Spreewald is 1 to 1.5 hours. Dresden is 2 to 2.5 hours each way, so give it the whole day.
