Coach Hire for MWC Barcelona

MWC Barcelona takes place from 1 to 4 March 2027, and its venue, Fira Gran Via, lies outside the city, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, so the daily run from your hotel matters.

Fira Gran Via is not in Barcelona proper

GSMA organises MWC, and the venue is Fira Gran Via, over the city line in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. Do not confuse it with Fira Barcelona Montjuïc, the historic fairground near Plaça Espanya. Put the full venue name in every message to your team and to the operator.

Hotel shuttles across four show days

A coach or minibus looping between your hotel and Fira Gran Via each morning and evening keeps a team together. The run stays short from hotels on the corridor between Plaça Espanya and Fira Gran Via. Eixample and the Gothic Quarter are further in.

Set fixed departure times, and one late run for those at evening events. Staggered times for different people cost more in driver hours than one shared schedule.

CCIB, in the Diagonal Mar and Fòrum area, is another convention centre in the city. If your company books a side event there, add it to the coach plan from the start.

Zona Bus and ZBE Rondes during show week

All four show days, 1-4 March 2027, fall on weekdays. Inside the ZBE Rondes, Euro 4 or newer is compulsory for buses and coaches from 07:00 to 20:00 each weekday, so the operator sends one that complies.

Inside the city itself, every vehicle with 9 or more seats (the driver's seat counts) must carry a Zona Bus permit for the day. Each stop at a Zona Bus bay is capped at 10 minutes and logged through the SPRO app. That covers any dinner or hotel run in the city.

El Prat arrivals for delegates

From El Prat to the city is about 15 km, 25-45 minutes. Delegate coaches load at T1 on Floor 0 of Arrivals. At T2 they use docks 21-33 of T2C or docks 1-10 and 41-51 of T2A.
