An E-Class saloon carries 1 to 3 passengers. On the non-hybrid E-Class the boot holds about 540 litres, enough for a few cases. Meet-and-greet at airport arrivals is part of the service: the chauffeur meets the passenger at arrivals rather than waiting outside. Airport rules for chauffeur cars

Each airport handles chauffeur cars in its own way. At Fiumicino, NCC cars have to be booked ahead, with no rank to pick one up from; T1 pickups use Multipiano B, and T3 pickups use PR7. Florence has an NCC consortium desk inside the terminal. At Nice, chauffeurs collect at T1 from the professional parking, or at T2 from the bus station's entrances A3 and A4. At CDG, each terminal has a Parking Pro where pre-booked chauffeurs wait.

Those rules are the operator's job. Your part is to give the right terminal and flight number.

Using a car with a group programme

At conferences, a car for speakers keeps them on their own timetable. At weddings, the couple travels apart from the guest coach. For VIP arrivals, the car can collect from a different terminal from the group. Book the car and the coach together so the timings line up and one operator plan covers both. Give each car passenger's name and mobile number so the chauffeur can reach them if a flight is late.
